Video coaches will have to share video across their league, with management and coaches. There will be times when an external hard drive or air drop won’t be available and you need to share remotely via dropbox, email or wetransfer. But what do you do if the file size is too large? The solution is Handbrake.
HandBrake is a free application that you can download here and you can use it to change the video size of files for easier transfers. It is available for windows and apple operating systems.
Here is what the application looks like with no video loaded.
When you open HandBrake, it will ask you to select a video file. Then you can change the file size and press start. You can select the browse button in the bottom right to choose the location to export the new video.
Here is an example of a file size before and after using HandBrake.
Enjoy!
